CLINICAL EXERCISE / CLINICAL PILATEs

At bodyBEgood, our Clinical Exercise classes are run by Physios, who work closely with you to target the areas and issues that are important to you.

We start with a 30 minute individual assessment, to find out your needs and goals, and to look at your movement, posture and strength.

You’ll then come back for a further 2 individual appointments, where we teach you how to safely and effectively complete your exercises, and to make sure you feel confident, and safe, using our equipment.

After that - you’re ready to start attending our small group Clinical classes!

Our Clinical classes have only 5 clients per class.

This allows us to give you lots of attention, and to review, modify, and progress your program, each and every time you attend!

What are Clinical Exercise classes good for?

Clinical Exercise classes can help to:

  • Abolish back and neck pain;

  • Rebuild strength after surgery or illness;

  • Improve flexibility, balance and posture;

  • Enhance strength and fitness to compliment running & other sports;

  • And reduce the negative impact of chronic conditions such as Arthritis, Diabetes, and ageing.

Fees for clinical classes:

To start Clinical Pilates with us, you first need

  • 1 x Initial Physio Assessment (1:1) - 30 mins, $100, and

  • 2 x Review Physio Appointments (1:1) - 30 mins each, $90 per session

Clinical classes can then be booked casually ($46 per class), or in a Term Package, where you book for a full term, making it $42 per class.
