CLINICAL REHAB CLASSES

Clinical Rehab Classes, formerly called Clinical Pilates, are a form of physiotherapy/rehabilitation, where exercises are prescribed specifically for you, depending on what your body needs.

To start Clinical Rehab Classes, you firstly have a Pre Assessment with the Physio, to discuss your injury history, look at your posture, muscles, and movements, and to talk about your goals for starting Pilates. The Physio then designs an individual, specialised Pilates exercise program for you and your body.

Clinical Rehab Classes are perfectly suited to anyone with:

  • back pain

  • neck pain

  • a sports injury

  • a work-related injury

  • poor posture

  • or for those people who want to improve a particular area of their body.

We offer both individual and group Clinical Rehab sessions. Our classes are capped at a maximum of 5 participants, to ensure you get the best guidance, supervision, and benefit from your experience at bodyBEgood.

Clinical Rehab (and your Pre Assessment) is usually claimable through the Physiotherapy component of your private health insurance. We recommend you speak to your health insurance provider to see if you qualify, prior to starting Pilates.
